		<description>I am getting this same issue too. I did everything you said, double checked spelling, and even changed the port from 25 to 587 in the &quot;more setting&quot; window.

What can I do?</description>

		<description>sorry still getting the error :/ the test acct. settings pops it up i have used the two tips- not sure what it could be.  (i am not the admin of this email account- i have an account under the domain but not the admin account.)

I hope you are not still having this issue, but if you are, try adding in your username (full email) and password to the box below the outgoing server requires authentication box. If you choose login using: then type in your credentials that might help. 

Also try changing your outgoing port from 25 to 587. This may also help. 

Let me know if that does not work.
