I got everything to work following every step however, my FB and TW logos are not coming in clear when I open up a test email that I sent to myself. Any thoughts?

You should try this with Outlook for Mac…..doesn’t work. Neither for Apple Mail…

Hi. I have followed the directions to a “T”. When I click on the Facebook Icon in my email signature to check it. The hyperlink opens up to Facebook’s home page. I clearly put the My URL link to My Facebook page but it always goes to the Facebook home page. Anyone know why this is happening? My URL is as follows: https://www.facebook.com/DrHomesRoofingHandymanRemodelingSanDiego
I would like my Facebook icon to open up to My Facebook page not Facebook’s home page. Please help. Thank You!

This has been very useful. I followed the directions however, when i did a test email to someone it displays all the hyperlinks. Is there away for the hyperlinks not to show up on the recipients side?

Very helpful tips – Thank you. Just wondering if there are any tips with making the hyperlinks stick when opening from mail within an iphone??? The links work when opened from a MAC or PC, but when opened in mail on an iPhone it shows a prompt to save the picture??? im glued on this one. cheers

Hi this has been really useful and i was successful in adding the icons and the hyperlinks. However when i save it, and i go back to the email, it comes up in the signature without the icons – just the links.
is it how i am saving it?

I’m using Microsoft Windows Mail. I have figured out how to insert Facebook/Twitter/Youtube icons, and I have figured out how to link them.

My problem is, and it’s not a very big problem, but….once the icons are linked, a blue box appears around the icon.

Is there any way I can get rid of the blue box?

I’ve tried inserting this into the html:

a img {border: none; }

Which takes away the blue border, but it also takes away the link….

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Have been trawling the web all morning without success. Hotmail just says I have exceeded the size limit when I add any kind of ‘linked’ button for Facebook or Twitter to my personal signature, even when the images are tiny.
Desperate for an answer as to how I can do it!
