Great post.

We spend a lot of time trying to find these long tail terms and "betting" on which ones will be hits later and at what search volume.

Take for example the term "English Breakfast Tea" . In a couple of instances I've geared some content and optimization towards "Best English Breakfast Preparation" or "flavor profile of english breakfast" which are much longer terms and therefore far less difficult to rank for.

Thanks for the tips, keep em coming!
